HR Analytics Overview

HR Analytics in ZenDash HRM provides data-driven insights into your workforce. With interactive dashboards and detailed reports, you can make informed decisions about hiring, retention, resource allocation, and organizational planning.

Accessing HR Analytics​

  • Navigate to HR Analytics from the left navigation menu.
  • The analytics dashboard is available to users with the appropriate viewing permissions.

Analytics Sections​

Workforce Overview​

  • View total employee count and active employee metrics.
  • Track employee status breakdown (Active, On Leave, Inactive).
  • Monitor headcount trends over time.

Demographics Overview​

  • Analyze workforce composition by age, gender, and education level.
  • View experience distribution across the organization.
  • Identify diversity metrics and trends.

Department Analytics​

  • View employee distribution across departments.
  • Track department growth and headcount changes.

Location Analytics​

Using Filters​

  • Apply global filters to narrow analytics data by department, location, or employee category.
  • Combine multiple filters for targeted analysis.
  • Filters apply across all analytics sections for consistent reporting.

Drill-Down Analysis​

  • Click on any chart element to drill down into detailed data.
  • View individual employee records behind aggregate metrics.
  • Export drill-down data for further analysis or reporting.
